Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 172.172","heading":"ASSISTANCE IN TAKING EVIDENCE.","body":"The arbitration tribunal or a party with the approval of the tribunal may request assistance from a district court or the business court in taking evidence, and the court may provide the assistance according to its rules on taking evidence.
