Civil Practice and Remedies Code § 172.205","heading":"DRAFT CONCILIATION SETTLEMENT.","body":"(a) At any time during the conciliation, the conciliator may prepare a draft conciliation settlement and send a copy to each party, stating the time within which each party must approve the settlement. The draft conciliation settlement may include the assessment and apportionment of costs between the parties.\n(b) A party is not required to accept a proposed conciliation settlement.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 109, Sec. 1, eff.
