If a claimant files a voluntary dismissal under this section, the claimant's voluntary dismissal is without prejudice to the claimant's right to file a subsequent action seeking damages arising from an asbestos-related injury or a silica-related injury.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 97 (S.B. 15), Sec. 2, eff.
