Education Code § 1001.060","heading":"COORDINATION WITH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.","body":"(a) The department shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Public Safety for:\n(1) the interagency development of the content of driver's license examinations and examination reference materials; and\n(2) any other matter the agencies consider appropriate.\n(b) The memorandum of understanding must authorize the Department of Public Safety to share with the department any relevant information, including information related to examination results.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 5.12, eff.
