Education Code § 1001.102","heading":"ALCOHOL AWARENESS INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The commission by rule shall require that information relating to alcohol awareness and the effect of alcohol on the effective operation of a motor vehicle be included in the curriculum of any driver education course or driving safety course.\n(b) In developing rules under this section, the commission shall consult with the Department of Public Safety.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 6.012(a), eff.
