Education Code § 1001.108","heading":"INFORMATION RELATING TO ANATOMICAL GIFTS.","body":"(a) The commission by rule shall require that information relating to anatomical gifts be included in the curriculum of each driver education course and driving safety course.\n(b) The curriculum must include information about each matter listed in Section 692A.020(k), Health and Safety Code.\n(c) In developing rules under this section, the commission shall consult with the Department of State Health Services.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 6.012(a), eff.
