Education Code § 1001.210","heading":"ALTERNATE FORM OF SECURITY.","body":"Instead of the bond required by Section 1001.207 or 1001.209, a driver education provider or driving safety provider may provide another form of security that is:\n(1) approved by the department; and\n(2) in the amount required for a comparable bond under Section 1001.207 or 1001.209.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 6.012(a), eff.
