Education Code § 1001.211","heading":"ISSUANCE AND FORM OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) The executive director shall issue a license to an applicant for a license under this subchapter if:\n(1) the application is submitted in accordance with this subchapter; and\n(2) the applicant meets the requirements of this chapter.\n(b) A license must be in a form determined by the department and must show in a clear and conspicuous manner:\n(1) the date of issuance, effective date, and term of the license;\n(2) the name and address of the driver training provider;\n(3) the authority for and conditions of approval; and\n(4) any other fair and reasonable representation that is consistent with this chapter and that the department considers necessary.\n(c) An applicant may obtain both a driver education provider license and a driving safety provider license.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 6.012(a), eff.
