Education Code § 1001.2513","heading":"CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION.","body":"A social security number, driver's license number, other identification number, or fingerprint record collected for a person to comply with Section 1001.2511:\n(1) may not be released except:\n(A) to provide relevant information to driver education providers or otherwise to comply with Section 1001.2511;\n(B) by court order; or\n(C) with the consent of the person who is the subject of the information;\n(2) is not subject to disclosure as provided by Chapter 552, Government Code; and\n(3) shall be destroyed by the requestor or any subsequent holder of the information not later than the first anniversary of the date the information is received.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 820 (H.B. 2678), Sec. 4, eff.
