Education Code § 1001.2531","heading":"DRIVER EDUCATION INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) Repealed by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 5.68(9), eff. September 1, 2021.\n(b) An applicant for a driver education instructor license under this section must:\n(1) apply to the department on a form prescribed by the department and under rules adopted by the commission;\n(2) submit with the application a nonrefundable application fee in an amount set by commission rule; and\n(3) present satisfactory evidence to the department that the applicant:\n(A) is at least 21 years of age; and\n(B) meets any other requirement established by commission rule.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1144 (H.B. 2847), Sec. 2.005, eff.
