Education Code § 105.106","heading":"DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS.","body":"(a) Except as otherwise provided by law, the board shall disburse all appropriations to the system.\n(b) Except as otherwise provided by law, the board may adopt rules for:\n(1) the disbursal of appropriations and other funds;\n(2) the auditing and approval of system accounts; and\n(3) the issuance of system vouchers and warrants.\nAmended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 25, Sec. 1, eff.
