Education Code § 105.108","heading":"CONTRACTS.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a contract with the system must be approved by the board.\n(b) The board by rule may delegate to a representative of the board or an employee of the system the authority to negotiate, execute, and approve a contract with the system.\n(c) A contract that is not approved in accordance with this section is void.\nAmended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 25, Sec. 1, eff.
