Education Code § 105.305","heading":"ELIGIBILITY.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the academy shall admit only high school juniors and seniors.\n(b) The academy may provide for an early admission year to allow the admission of a student who is not yet a high school junior if the abilities of the student warrant early entry.\nAmended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 25, Sec. 1, eff.
