Education Code § 105.307","heading":"DEAN.","body":"(a) The board may appoint a dean of the academy who shall serve at the pleasure of the board.\n(b) The dean shall report to the provost of the University of North Texas and shall have a seat on the council of deans.\n(c) The dean shall prepare an annual budget for the operation of the academy and submit the budget to the provost of the university.\nAmended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 25, Sec. 1, eff.
