Education Code § 11.166","heading":"OPERATION ON CAMPUS OF INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION.","body":"(a) The board of trustees of a school district may operate a school or program or hold a class on the campus of an institution of higher education in this state if the board obtains written consent from the president or other chief executive officer of the institution.\n(b) The president or other chief executive officer of an institution of higher education may provide written consent to a board of trustees of a school district under Subsection (a) regardless of whether the institution is located within the boundaries of the district.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 734, Sec. 1, eff.
