Education Code § 12.025","heading":"GOVERNANCE.","body":"(a) A home-rule school district may adopt and operate under any governing structure.\n(b) The district may:\n(1) create offices;\n(2) determine the time and method for selecting officers; and\n(3) prescribe the qualifications and duties of officers.\n(c) The term of any officer of the district is determined under Section 11.059.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
