Education Code § 12.028","heading":"PROCEDURE FOR PLACEMENT ON PROBATION OR REVOCATION.","body":"(a) The State Board of Education by rule shall adopt a procedure to be used for placing on probation or revoking a home-rule school district charter.\n(b) The procedure adopted under Subsection (a) must provide an opportunity for a hearing to the district and to parents of district students.
