Education Code § 12.053","heading":"COOPERATIVE CAMPUS CHARTER.","body":"(a) The board of trustees may grant a charter to parents and teachers at two or more campuses in the district for a cooperative charter program if the board is presented with a petition signed by:\n(1) the parents of a majority of the students at each school campus; and\n(2) a majority of the classroom teachers at each school campus.\n(b) For purposes of Subsection (a)(1), the signature of only one parent is required.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
