The policy must specify:\n(1) the process to be followed for approval of a campus charter or a program charter;\n(2) the statutory requirements with which a campus charter or program charter must comply; and\n(3) the items that must be included in a charter application.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1335, Sec. 1, eff.
