Education Code § 12.064","heading":"PROCEDURE FOR PLACEMENT ON PROBATION OR REVOCATION.","body":"(a) Each board of trustees that grants a charter under this subchapter shall adopt a procedure to be used for placing on probation or revoking a charter it grants.\n(b) The procedure adopted under Subsection (a) must provide an opportunity for a hearing to the campus or program for which a charter is granted under this subchapter and to parents and guardians of students at the campus or in the program. A hearing under this subsection must be held on the campus or on one of the campuses in the case of a cooperative charter program.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
