Education Code § 12.108","heading":"TUITION AND FEES RESTRICTED.","body":"(a) An open-enrollment charter school may not charge tuition to an eligible student who applies under Section 12.117.\n(b) The governing body of an open-enrollment charter school may require a student to pay any fee that the board of trustees of a school district may charge under Section 11.158(a). The governing body may not require a student to pay a fee that the board of trustees of a school district may not charge under Section 11.158(b).\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
