Education Code § 12.113","heading":"CHARTER GRANTED.","body":"(a) Each charter the commissioner grants for an open-enrollment charter school must:\n(1) satisfy this subchapter; and\n(2) include the information that is required under Section 12.111 consistent with the information provided in the application and any modification the commissioner requires.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1140, Sec. 47(2), eff.
