Education Code § 12.1167","heading":"APPRAISAL OF CERTAIN PROPERTY.","body":"The commissioner may adopt rules to require an open-enrollment charter school to:\n(1) notify the commissioner that the school intends to enter into a transaction with a related party, as defined by commissioner rule adopted under Section 12.1166; and\n(2) provide an appraisal from a certified appraiser to the agency.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 631 (S.B. 1454), Sec. 6, eff.
