Education Code § 13.009","heading":"APPEALS.","body":"(a) A decision of a commissioners court under this chapter may be appealed for a de novo review.\n(b) If this chapter requires the agreement of or action by two or more commissioners courts, and the commissioners courts fail to agree or take action within a reasonable time set by rule of the State Board of Education, a person aggrieved by the failure may appeal to the commissioner for resolution of the issue.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
