Education Code § 13.154","heading":"CANVASS; RESULT.","body":"(a) Each board of trustees shall canvass the returns of the election in its district and shall publish the results separately for each district.\n(b) If the votes cast in all districts show a majority in each district voting in favor of the consolidation, the board of trustees shall declare the school districts consolidated.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
