Education Code § 13.203","heading":"ELECTION.","body":"(a) Each county judge receiving a valid petition shall:\n(1) issue an order for an election to be held on the same day in each county; and\n(2) give notice of the election.\n(b) The ballot in the election shall be printed to permit voting for or against the proposition: \"Abolition of the ___________ Independent School District.\"\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
