Education Code § 130.161","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Services\" means the courses and programs described by Sections 130.0011 and 130.003(e).\n(2) \"Service area\" means:\n(A) the territory within the boundaries of the taxing district of a junior college district; and\n(B) the territory outside the boundaries of the taxing district of a junior college district in which the junior college district provides services.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 971, Sec. 1, eff.
