Education Code § 130.168","heading":"BLINN JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT SERVICE AREA.","body":"The service area of the Blinn College District includes the territory within:\n(1) Washington, Burleson, Brazos, Madison, Grimes, and Waller Counties;\n(2) the Mumford, Hearne, and Franklin Independent School Districts located in Robertson County;\n(3) Austin County, other than the territory within the Wallis-Orchard Independent School District;\n(4) the Milano and Gause Independent School Districts located in Milam County;\n(5) the part of the Richards Independent School District that is located in Walker and Montgomery Counties;\n(6) the part of the Bryan Independent School District that is located in Robertson County;\n(7) Fayette County, other than the territory within the Smithville Independent School District;\n(8) Lee County, other than the territory within the Elgin Independent School District;\n(9) the part of the Lexington Independent School District that is located in Bastrop, Milam, and Williamson Counties; and\n(10) the part of the Waller Independent School District that is located in Harris County.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 971, Sec. 1, eff.
