Education Code § 130.169","heading":"BORGER JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT SERVICE AREA.","body":"The service area of the Borger Junior College District includes:\n(1) the territory within the Borger Independent School District;\n(2) the territory within the Spring Creek Independent School District that is also within the junior college district's taxing district; and\n(3) the territory within Dallam, Sherman, Hansford, Ochiltree, Lipscomb, Hartley, Hutchinson, Roberts, and Hemphill counties.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 971, Sec. 1, eff.
