Education Code § 130A.003","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Commissioner\" means the commissioner of higher education.\n(2) \"Coordinating board\" means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.\n(3) \"Program\" means the public junior college state finance program established under this chapter.\n(4) \"Public junior college\" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 378 (H.B. 8), Sec. 46, eff.
