Education Code § 132.057","heading":"DENIAL OF CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL.","body":"(a) If the commission, upon review and consideration of an application for certificate of approval, shall determine the applicant to be unacceptable, the commission shall set forth the reasons for denial, in writing, to the applicant.\n(b) Any applicant whose certificate of approval is denied has the right of appeal under Subchapter D.\nAdded by Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 2011, ch. 620, Sec. 1, eff.
