Education Code § 132.301","heading":"HEARING; NOTICE.","body":"(a) The commission may set a hearing on whether to issue a cease and desist order against a person under Section 132.303 if the commission has reason to believe that the person is operating a career school or college without a certificate issued by the commission in violation of Section 132.151.\n(b) The commission shall serve on the person a statement of charges and a notice of hearing, including a copy of the applicable rules of the commission.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 817, Sec. 8.08, eff.
