Education Code § 134A.003","heading":"LONE STAR WORKFORCE OF THE FUTURE FUND.","body":"(a) The commission shall establish and administer the Lone Star Workforce of the Future Fund as a dedicated account in the general revenue fund.\n(b) The following amounts shall be deposited in the fund:\n(1) any money appropriated by the legislature for the fund for purposes of this chapter;\n(2) interest earned on the investment of money in the fund; and\n(3) gifts, grants, and donations received for the fund.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 228 (H.B. 1755), Sec. 1, eff.
