Education Code § 151.003","heading":"INSTITUTE MEMBERSHIP.","body":"(a) Subject to Subsection (b), the institute is composed of the following institutions:\n(1) The University of Texas at El Paso;\n(2) Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso;\n(3) El Paso Community College District;\n(4) R. E. Thomason General Hospital;\n(5) El Paso City/County Health District;\n(6) Department of State Health Services; and\n(7) Medical Center of the Americas Foundation.\n(b) The governing board of the institute may adopt procedures for:\n(1) changing, adding, or removing entities as members of the institute; and\n(2) creating developmental or advisory boards for the institute.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 883, Sec. 1, eff.
