Education Code § 156.004","heading":"COMPOSITION OF CONSORTIUM.","body":"(a) The research coordinating board shall establish the Texas Adult Stem Cell Research Consortium.\n(b) The consortium is composed of participating institutions of higher education and businesses that:\n(1) accept public money for adult stem cell research; or\n(2) otherwise agree to participate in the consortium.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 992 (H.B. 177), Sec. 1, eff.
