Education Code § 2000.003","heading":"FILINGS BY BENEFITS CONSORTIUM.","body":"A benefits consortium formed under this chapter shall:\n(1) file with the commissioner of insurance a copy of the consortium's articles of incorporation or declaration of trust and any amendments to the articles of incorporation or declaration of trust; and\n(2) comply with all reporting requirements under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (29 U.S.C.
