Education Code § 21.063","heading":"TEACHER DESIGNATIONS ON CERTIFICATE.","body":"The board shall place on or remove from a teacher's certificate the appropriate designation issued to the teacher under Section 21.3521:\n(1) after being notified by the agency of the issuance or removal of the designation; or\n(2) if the board determines that removal of the designation is necessary because of action taken against the teacher's certificate.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 943 (H.B. 3), Sec. 2.006, eff.
