Education Code § 21.155","heading":"ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL UNDER CONTINUING CONTRACT.","body":"The district may grant to a person who has served as principal or in another administrative position for which certification is required, at the completion of the person's service in that capacity, a continuing contract to serve as a teacher if the person qualifies for that position under criteria adopted by the board of trustees. The period of service in an administrative capacity is construed as contract service as a teacher within the meaning of this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
