Education Code § 22A.155","heading":"INTERNET PORTAL.","body":"(a) The agency shall develop and maintain an Internet portal through which:\n(1) a report required under Section 22A.051(d), 22A.052(e), 22A.301(c), or 22A.302(c) is confidentially and securely filed; and\n(2) the agency makes available:\n(A) the registry of persons who are not eligible to be employed by or act as service providers for educational entities as described by Section 22A.151; and\n(B) information indicating that a person is under investigation for alleged misconduct in accordance with Section 22A.101(e), provided that the agency must provide the information through a procedure other than the registry.\n(b) The Internet portal must comply with any requirements adopted by the board for filing reports under Sections 22A.051 and 22A.301.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 943 (H.B. 3), Sec. 2A.016, eff.
