Education Code § 26.0125","heading":"PARENT CONTACT INFORMATION REQUIRED.","body":"The parent of a student enrolled in a school district shall provide in writing to the district:\n(1) on enrollment of the student in the district and not later than two weeks after the beginning of each school year, the parent's address, phone number, and e-mail address; and\n(2) if the parent's contact information changes during the school year, not later than two weeks after the date the information changes, the parent's updated information.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 581 (S.B. 746), Sec. 1, eff.
