Education Code § 29.0012","heading":"ANNUAL MEETING ON SPECIAL EDUCATION.","body":"(a) At least once each year, the board of trustees of a school district or the governing body of an open-enrollment charter school shall include during a public meeting a discussion of the performance of students receiving special education services at the district or school.\n(b) The agency by rule shall adopt a set of performance indicators for measuring and evaluating the quality of learning and achievement for students receiving special education services at the school district or open-enrollment charter school to be considered at a meeting held under this section. The indicators must include performance on the college, career, or military readiness outcomes described by Section 48.110.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1065 (H.B. 2), Sec. 4.06, eff.
