Education Code § 29.084","heading":"TUTORIAL SERVICES.","body":"(a) Each school district may provide tutorial services at the district's schools.\n(b) A district that provides tutorial services shall require a student whose grade in a subject for a grade reporting period is lower than the equivalent of 70 on a scale of 100 to attend tutorials.\n(c) A district may provide transportation for a student who is required to attend tutorial services and who is eligible for regular transportation services.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
