Education Code § 29.201","heading":"PARENTAL CHOICE.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, as provided by this subchapter an eligible student may attend a public school in the district in which the student resides or may use a public education grant to attend any other district chosen by the student's parent.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
