Education Code § 29.365","heading":"TUITION AND FEES; REFUND PROHIBITED.","body":"(a) An education service provider or vendor of educational products may not charge a participating child an amount greater than the standard amount charged for that service or product by the provider or vendor.\n(b) An education service provider or vendor of educational products receiving money distributed under the program may not in any manner rebate, refund, or credit to or share with a program participant, or any person on behalf of a participant, any program money paid or owed by the participant to the provider or vendor.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 2 (S.B. 2), Sec. 2, eff.
