Education Code § 30B.002","heading":"RULES.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall adopt rules as necessary to administer this chapter.\n(b) To the extent practicable, the commissioner shall consult school districts, open-enrollment charter schools, and parents in adopting rules under this section.\n(c) The agency may form an advisory committee to comply with the provisions of this section. Chapter 2110, Government Code, does not apply to an advisory committee formed under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 5 (S.B. 569), Sec. 7, eff.
