Education Code § 30B.054","heading":"ASSESSMENTS.","body":"Except as authorized by commissioner rule, an assessment instrument administered under Section 39.023 or 39.025 to a student enrolled in a hybrid or virtual course offered under this chapter shall be administered to the student in the same manner in which the assessment instrument is administered to a student enrolled in an in-person course at the student's school district or open-enrollment charter school.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 5 (S.B. 569), Sec. 7, eff.
