Education Code § 30B.057","heading":"AGENCY PUBLICATION OF AVAILABLE VIRTUAL COURSES.","body":"(a) The agency shall publish a list of virtual courses offered by school districts and open-enrollment charter schools in this state that includes:\n(1) whether the course is available to a student who is not otherwise enrolled in the offering district or school;\n(2) the cost of the course; and\n(3) information regarding any third-party provider involved in the delivery of the course.\n(b) A school district or open-enrollment charter school shall provide to the agency information required to publish the list under Subsection (a).\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 5 (S.B. 569), Sec. 7, eff.
