Education Code § 31.003","heading":"RULES.","body":"(a) The State Board of Education may adopt rules, consistent with this chapter, for the adoption, requisition, distribution, care, use, and disposal of instructional materials.\n(b) The commissioner may adopt rules, consistent with this chapter, as necessary to implement a provision of this chapter that the commissioner or agency is responsible for implementing.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
