Education Code § 32.031","heading":"PURPOSE.","body":"To prepare students for the 21st century, it is the policy of this state that a superior education should be available to all students under a thorough and efficient system of public education. Educational resources shall be devoted to the maximum extent possible to the instruction of students. To accomplish those purposes, public education must use, in a comprehensive manner, appropriate, accessible technology in all aspects of instruction, administration, and communication.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff.
