Education Code § 32.101","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Data processing\" has the meaning assigned by Section 2054.003, Government Code.\n(2) \"Electronic device\" means a device that is capable of connecting to a cellular network or the Internet, including:\n(A) a computer;\n(B) a smartphone; or\n(C) a tablet.\n(3) \"Internet filter\" means a software application that is capable of preventing an electronic device from accessing certain websites or displaying certain online material.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1272, Sec. 6.01, eff.
